Boards of directors
The Board of Directors shall consist of a minimum of three (3) and maximum of sevel (7) members, with zero (0) to three (3) deputies. The Board is elected annually by the Annual General Meeting for a period until the next Annual General Meeting.
The work of the Board is led by the Chairman of the Board but otherwise without a definitive division of tasks.
