Auditor
AegirBio AB’s auditor is elected by the Annual General Meeting.
At the 2023 Annual General Meeting, the auditing company Göteborgs Revision AB was elected auditor with Stefan Kylebäck as auditor in charge for a period of one year. The auditor reports the results of its review to the shareholders through the audit report. This is presented at the Annual General Meeting. The fee is paid according to an approved current account.
